Aruns Conservative Group appoints it’s Front Bench Spokespeople

   



The Arun Conservative group has announced 
its frontbench spokespeople in time for 
Tomorrow's Full Council

They are:

Spokesperson for Corporate Affairs Terry Chapman

Spokesperson for the Economy.  Paul Dendle

Spokesperson for Residential Jacky Pendleton

Spokesperson for Community & Well Being. Mike Clayden

Spokesperson for Planning.  John Charles

Spokesperson for Neighbourhood services  Vicky Rhodes

Spokesperson for Technical Services Shaun Gunner

Conservative Leader Terry Chapman Commented  

“We have appointed a team of very talented
individuals to hold the Executive to account 
and serve the best interests of Arun’s 
residents”.

  2. I am so pleased to see that Paul Dendle has been appointed front bench spokesman for the economy. The local economy would be much improved if the 400 metre rail link was built that would provide a direct rail service from the Arun Valley Line to Worthing, Hove & Brighton. It will take traffic off the A27 as well. Just 400 metres of track needed at Lyminster/Wick to build a new rail chord

    1. Hi Keith , certainly a priority for us to pursue, I know James washers in favour of that as well so they should be consensus across the council! I will work with other councillors to try and make it a reality putting pressure on network rail DoT and local MPs

  3. Totally behind this idea, add the Lyminster Bypass and the Arundel bypass and we willl need better train services down here.come on Ntework Rail it makes a lot of sense. I hope the Tories on ADC can bring this up.
